*Sign up online (At home or with your smartphone device)
STEP1：access sign up page

*Click an URL in a confirmation email from us.
STEP2：enter your email address and password
Enter your email address and password on the sign up page.
Press "sign up" after confirming data you enter.
*Your email address will be your ID.
*Use the browser back button to change your information.

Please make sure to read our "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" and check the box.

STEP3：receive confirmation email

STEP4：complete sign up
Click the URL in the message to complete this signup.
Please check your ID on the screen.

Please change your password regularly.

STEP1：Wi-Fi set up
In a Starbucks store, please choose/enter at_STARBUCKS_Wi2 from wireless network.
STEP2：login
①connect to at_STARBUCKS_Wi2 and open a browser
②login screen displays
③enter your login ID and password
④after a success login, signed in screen displays.(※)
And enjoy online.
※if your login fails, please check your ID or/and password.

You need to receive an email notification from us.
You can not reset at at_STARBUCKS_Wi2 login page.

STEP2：enter your ID (email address) and an authentication code.
Enter your login ID and the authcode on a temporary password producing page.
Click reset password button after confirming your data
*Use the browser back button to edit your information.

You can check your temporary password proceeding STEP3.

STEP3：receive a confirmation
A password reset confirmation mail will be sent to your email address.
STEP4：click password reset link
Click the URL in the email and reset your password
Check the temporary password on the display.
